Community Discipleship
The Greek word for “teach” in Matthew 28:18-20 is literally the word that is translated “disciple". Discipleship is a term used to describe a journey of spiritual growth. A disciple is more than just a convert who believes in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, but one who desires to go deeper to learn from Jesus, abide in Him, and experience the truth that will set them free (John 8:31-32).
